Walls are drawn at 10.5 feet because the sheet does not give a floor height. Windows shorter than 7 feet use a 3 foot sill. Vents sit with their head at 9 feet. Each window has a wood frame, a thin steel edge, and clear glass. Master bedroom windows add vertical mild-steel rods at half-foot spacing and a wooden strip across the middle. On the large bedroom window and the dining room's right window that strip runs from the left edge of the window to the right edge. The front and back garden doors are transparent four-bay doors. Each of the three bay doors on the front of the house has an arch above it. The main entrance, in the existing opening between the lift and the right wall of the living room, has a 4 by 8 foot teak door. The stair starts at the north wall of the attached toilet on the south ramp, turns on a wood U-turn over the 4 foot 6 inch common toilet, then continues on the north ramp to the first floor with an easy rise for elders. The common bathroom sits under the stair against the left jog wall, 4 feet 6 inches by 8 feet and 8 feet high, matching the U-turn width, with its door under the south ramp opening into the hall. The attached bathroom is north of the bedroom, and its door opens into the bedroom. The car sits to the left of that bathroom. The bedroom wardrobe is three doors on the right wall and stays clear of the bathroom door. The bedroom window is centered between the bathroom wall and the left wall, and has an arch. The parking gate is shifted left in front of the car. The parking pillars stand under the roof, clear of the car. The RCC roof covers the built-up area, the parking, and the cantilever projections. The open side of each ramp is glass with a wooden top. The kitchen entrance frame runs to the ceiling, and the opening beside it has a wooden frame. The pooja room has a double door in a wooden frame, with glass in the top half of both leaves. The living room has a 3-seater sofa against the bedroom wall, with a chair on each side, clear of the stair entrance. Show south looks at the front of the house. A tar road runs across the front of the plot, and Road level looks at the house from eye height on that road. The RCC roof button shows or hides a concrete slab over the rooms. The master bed sits on the left wall, with the head to the west. The wardrobe runs along the north wall. The living room's right wall has two 2 foot windows, one against the main entrance frame and one set back from the front corner pillar. The TV is centered between those windows. The kitchen has a U of base cabinets and an L of wall cabinets, with the windows between them. The fridge and a three-door cabinet sit on the south wall, clear of the side door. The parking gate is a sliding steel gate of beams and rods: 30 percent slides left and 70 percent slides right. The walkway gate is the same steel gate. Its left end sits 2.5 feet to the left of the right wall of the house. The east compound wall is straight. From the main right wall the passage is 3 feet including both walls, and from the living-room right wall it is 5 feet including both walls. The extra foot is added to the living room. The first floor sits on top of the ground floor. Ground floor shows only the lower level. Ground + 1st floor shows both. Dining, the stair, and the pooja room stay open through both levels, with glass railings. Two columns stand at the front of the parking. Guest bedroom, baths, master bedroom, and family lounge are on the upper level, with a north terrace and front balconies. The 2nd floor button adds another level. A room the same size as the north-west guest bedroom sits on that roof, with a door facing south and a round black 1000 litre water tank on the north of its roof. Glass domes with a steel post and rib at each corner close the dining and the pooja. The roof behind the stair cover is concrete. The stair continues up from the first floor into a small room with a glass dome. The lift runs up to that floor, with a framed pair of doors on each level. The front room has a V-shaped Mangalore-tile roof. Its left and right walls line up with the first floor and run up to the roof. The front of that room and the first-floor rooms below it project 3 feet. The front wall is open, and a glass balcony rail stands on the outer edge of the projection. The back stays open.
